摘要以山东省青州市城乡环卫一体化为例，介绍该区域在乡村振兴战略背景下乡镇农村人居环境整治的发展现状，解析存在的问题，提出解决对策，梳理并结合近年来国家在农村人居环境综合整治方面出台的相关法律、法规及政策文件，以及有关农村人居环境治理的相关研究，以期以小见大，为改善我国农村人居环境，实现乡村振兴提供借鉴。

AbstractTaking the integration of urban and rural sanitation in Qingzhou City of Shandong Province as an example， this paper introduces the current situation of the development of rural residential environment improvement in the context of Rural Revitalization Strategy， analyzes the existing problems， puts forward solutions， combs and combines the relevant laws， regulations and policy documents issued by the state in the comprehensive improvement of rural residential environment in recent years， as well as the relevant aspects of rural residential environment improvement.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for improving the rural living environment and realizing the Rural Revitalization.

隨着社会发展和人类生产生活水平的提高，人居环境问题越来越受到人们的关注，逐渐成为全球性话题。早在1985年12月27日，第四十届联合国大会即规定每年10月的第一个星期一为“世界人居日”。此后人居环境问题越来越受到各国重视，而人居环境问题中又以农村人居环境问题格外引人注目。农村人居环境是农村人民群众生活居住、工作劳动、休闲娱乐和社会交往的空间场所，因此乡村振兴不仅能促进经济的繁荣、社会的发展，还能促进环境变得优美、生态宜居。农村人居环境的优化、改善、提升，搭建起乡村振兴的美丽舞台，有利于全面建成小康社会，促进农村社会文明和谐发展。加快推进农村人居环境整治工作，已成为深入实施乡村振兴战略的重要任务。
