摘要：实践教学是培养学生综合素质和实践能力的重要环节，校企合作是实践教学的重要载体和实现途径。兰州财经大学长青学院财政学专业在校企合作、协同育人方面经过多年探索和实践取得了突出成绩，但是随着经济的发展和人才需求多元化特征的显现，校企合作、协同育人的不足逐渐暴露出来，限制了应用型人才培养目标实现和作用发挥。以长青学院为例，分析财政学专业在校企合作方面存在的问题，为深化实践教学改革拓宽思路，实现校企双方双赢合作模式提出科学合理的建议。

Exploration of the Practical Teaching of Finance Specialty based

on the School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract：

Practice teaching is an important link in cultivating studentscomprehensive quality and practical ability， and school-enterprise cooperation is an important carrier and approach of practice teaching. After years of exploration and practice， finance major of Changqing College of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics， has made outstanding achievements in school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education. and has become an important training base for applied talents. However， with the development of the economy and the emergence of the diversified characteristics of talent demand， the shortcomings of school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education have gradually been exposed， which limits the realization of the application-oriented talent training goal. Taking Changqing College as an example， the problems of the school-enterprise cooperation in the finance major were analyzed in this paper.， so as to broaden new ideas for deepening the reform of practical teaching， and find out scientific and reasonable suggestions for realizing the win-win cooperation mode between school and enterprise.

实踐育人是新形势下高校教育教学工作的重要载体，是推动形成全员全程全方位育人体系的有效途径。社会实践、创新思维、理论学习的有效结合，是增强学生勇于探索、积极进取、开拓创新精神的重要渠道。随着就业形势的严峻、企业人才需求的变化，国家对教育进行了大量的改革。党的十九大报告明确指出，优先发展教育事业，完善职业教育和培训体系，深化产教融合、校企合作，各高校要按照国家的政策进行办学思路的改革、人才培养目标的调整，将人才培养与企业实践相结合，积极推进校企合作[1];教育部提出了“卓越工程师教育培养计划”，旨在培养造就一大批适应社会经济发展的各专业技术人才[2]。
