摘要：“一带一路”视域下，不论是从国家战略发展需要出发还是从自身发展考虑，大学英语教师都必须从实际出发不断提升自身素养。针对“一带一路”背景下的人才缺位和国际化发展趋势，结合教师素养内涵，指出新时代背景下大学英语教师应具备和提升五大素养：师德素养、英语教学专业素养、信息素养、多元文化素养和科研素养，为“一带一路”视野下大学英语教师素养提升提出一些适应时代发展的可行性策略和建议如深入学习超文化理论和构建教师学习共同体。

Research on the Quality Improvement of College English Teachers from

the Perspective of “the Belt and Road Initiative”

Abstract：

Under “the Belt and Road Initiative”perspective， college English teachers must continue to improve personal qualities，either for the sake of national strategic development or for personal development. In view of the shortage of talents and the international development trend under the background of “the Belt and Road Initiative”， combined with the connotation of teacher quality， the five qualities that college English teachers should possess and improve under the background of the new era was put forward， including： teachers ethics，language literacy for English teaching， information literacy，multicultural literacy and scientific research capability. Based on this， some feasible strategies and suggestions that adapt to the development of the times were proposed， such as in-depth study of transcultural theory and construction of teacher learning community， with the aim of improving the overall qualities of college English teachers under “the Belt and Road initiative”perspective.

大學英语教学质量能否提高在一定程度上关系着高等教育改革的成败，是国际型人才培养模式实施的关键。当今经济全球化和社会信息化使得各国间的联系更加密切，我国提出了“一带一路”伟大倡议，顺应了国际发展的潮流。随着“一带一路”倡议的实施，高校成为培养适应“一带一路”倡议需要的复合型国际人才的主要阵地。在此背景之下，大学英语教学不仅仅要满足大学生的职业需求，更为重要的是要满足国家战略发展需要。在“一带一路”视域下，为了培养国际型英语人才，本文将针对大学英语教师应具备何种素养，应怎样提升自身素养进行探讨。

1 大学英语教师素养内涵和要求

教师是教学中的重要角色，对教学效果起着决定性作用，是教育改革成功与否的关键。……
