摘要 农业高职院校是培养农业高级技术人才的主阵地。调查表明，在校大学生对“三农”问题普遍认识模糊，开展“三农”思想政治教育显得尤为重要。分析了农业高职院校学生的心理特点及其对“三农”问题的认识，探索开展“三农”思想教育的几种途径，以便让同学们形成正确的“三农”情怀，促进学生成长。

Abstract Agricultural higher vocational colleges are the main seedbed for cultivating advanced agricultural talents. According to investigation， there has been a widely vague understanding of issues concerning “agriculture，rural areas and farmers”. It is of top priority for us to carry out ideologically political education of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers”. By analyzing psychological features and understanding of “agriculture，rural areas and farmers”， the author has explored ways of ideologically political education to help students form correct realization of “agriculture，rural areas and farmers” and grow better.

党的十九大报告明确提出实施乡村振兴战略，强调我国“三农”问题是关乎国计民生的根本性问题，我国农村的经济发展既是我国社会主义市场经济的短板，又是我国市场经济向前发展的着力点，而农村经济发展的关键因素是人[1]。因此，农业高职院校作为专门培养农业专业技术人才主阵地的作用性日益凸显，如何不断地培养出具有较强的农业专业技术知识，并且愿意扎根农村的大学生成为一个现实而紧迫的任务。农业院校应紧扣“三农”工作大局，突出“三农”特色，从教育思想、教育理念、校园文化、专业建设、课程建设、实训基地建设等方面，全面推动学校教育事业发展。每个教职员工都要把握同学们的思想脉搏，实事求是的分析，有的放矢地开展“三农”问题的思想教育，筑牢他们的专业思想。这是农业院校开展思想政治工作的重要组成部分，也是我们培养合格农业专业技术人才的重要环节和艰巨任务。
