【摘 要】共青团是中国共产党与青年团队（员）沟通的桥梁与纽带，习近平总书记在“7.2”重要讲话中提出，要全面贯彻落实团十八大、团十八届二中全会的工作部署，落实“全团大抓基层”“全团抓学校”的工作要求，积极顺应教育改革发展新形势，全面从严治团，对高校共青团建设工作提出了更新更高的要求。论文针对新时代新媒体背景下的高校共青团建设工作进行了相关阐述，提出高校共青团应进一步推进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想进支部、进团课、进社团、进网络，加强团的组织建设，开展高校共青团团员的思想政治教育工作，推动高校学生社团改革和建设。

【Abstract】The Communist Youth League is the bridge and link between the Communist Party of China and the youth team （members）. In his important speech on July 2， General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that we should fully implement the work plan of the 18th National Congress and the 2nd Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Youth League， implement the work requirements of "the Communist Youth League manages grass-roots work" and "the Communist Youth League manages school work"， and actively comply with education. The new situation of reform and development and the strict management of the League in an all-round way put forward higher and newer requirements for the construction of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. This paper expounds the construction of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities under the background of new media in the new era， and puts forward that the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities should further promote the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era into the branches， courses， associations and networks， strengthen the organization and construction of associations. This paper proposes to carry out ideological and political education of college Communist Youth League members， and promote the reform and construction of college student associations.

1 引言

新时期，高校共青团应当以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻习近平总书记关于青年工作的重要思想指示精神，以团中央《关于加强新时代团的基层建设着力提升团的组织力的意见》为指南和纲要，树立基层组织符合高校共青团全部工作和提升战斗力的理念，着力扩大组织覆盖面，夯实基层工作，提升团的组织力。提高学生学习质量，培养青年理论骨干，践行“立德树人”要求，为高校的共青团文化内涵建设贡献青年力量[1]。

2 当下高校共青团建设工作存在的问题

2.1 在学校落实方面存在消极现象

就高校共青团建设工作而言，学校在落实方面不够积极是目前高校共青团建设工作中的主要问题。……
