摘  要：倍捻机是纺织行业中重要的加工设备，为了实现对倍捻机的信息化管理，提高企业生产效率与信息化管理水平，设计倍捻机状态信息采集、统计分析的设备群信息化管理系统。每台倍捻机通过传感器、控制器和以太网等实现设备运行状态信息的采集与数据库存储。基于组态王软件和.NET技术实现设备断纱次数、断纱时间、停机时间、停机次数、运转率等运行状态图表化显示及统计报表生成。

Abstract：Double twister is an important processing equipment in textile industry. In order to realize the information management of double twister and improve the production efficiency and information management level of enterprises，an information management system of equipment group for state information collection and statistical analysis of double twister is designed. Each double twister collects and stores the information of equipment running status and data through sensors，controllers and ethernet. Based on Kingview software and .NET technology，the graphical display and statistical report generation of equipment running status such as broken yarn number，broken yarn time，shutdown time，shutdown times and operation rate are realized.

0  引  言

倍捻機是纺织行业中重要的加工设备，其功能是将多股单纱通过加捻粘合成股线，增强原纱的性能，满足工艺要求。随着自动化与信息化技术不断发展，近年来，国内倍捻机的智能化水平也得到快速提升，各种先进的倍捻设备不断问世，如台达和悦达公司研制开发了各种先进的纺织生产设备。这些生产设备可实现设备生产状态在线检测、数据分析等信息化管理功能[1，2]。然而，目前我国许多纺织企业还处于转型升级阶段，企业面临着设备较传统、自动化与信息化水平不高、智能管理程度低等各方面的问题[3，4]。所以，积极提升企业技术升级改造，推进自动化和信息化发展也是目前纺织行业面临的挑战。倍捻设备在生产过程中，由于张力控制或电机控制不恰当等因素，将会导致断线、停机等故障。当设备出现故障时，车间操作工作需要及时排除故障，恢复设备正常生产，否则将影响企业生产[4]。……
