摘  要：美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校是第一批开设女性学专业的学校，其在该专业课程的建设和发展方面具有较丰富的经验。通过对伊利诺伊大学香槟分校女性学专业的课程体系及典型课程的介绍、研究与分析，并与湖南女子学院女性学专业课程体系进行对比，可以发现伊利诺伊大学香槟分校课程设置具有理论性与专业性相结合、系统性与多元性相结合、全球性与时代性相结合等特点。这些特点紧扣了国际化办学思路，赋予了学生更多的主动权和选择权，有助于学生综合能力的提高和专业基础技能的培养。

Abstract： The university of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is one of the first schools to set up the women's studies major， which has been full of the experiences of major construction and growth. Through the introduction， research and analysis of the curriculum and typical courses of the female majors at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign， and the comparison with the Women's Studies program system of Hunan Women's College， we can find that the curriculum of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has a theoretical and professional approach. Combination， systemic and pluralistic， global and contemporary. These characteristics closely grab the idea of international education， and give students more initiative and choice， which is conducive to the improvement of students' comprehensive ability and the cultivation of professional basic skills.

美國是最早在大学中正式开设女性学课程的国家，在女性学专业课程的建设与发展上拥有丰富的经验。伊利诺伊大学香槟分校作为享有“公立常春藤”美誉的顶尖研究型大学，是美国第一批开设性别研究机构的大学，女性学专业建设也取得一定的成果，课程体系设置相对成熟合理，值得我们借鉴。

一、专业建设回顾

伊利诺伊大学香槟分校于1970年开设了有关女性研究的第一门课程，之后的七年中其教职员工努力发展更多的课程，并倡导了女性学研究项目。1980年，女性学研究办公室并入文理学院后，开始发展自己的独立课程，不久其辅修课程获予批准。随着更多教研人员的逐渐加入和相关课程设置的不断增加，1993年开始设立研究生辅修课程。……
