摘 要：近些年来，随着社会经济的不断发展和进步，食品生产加工行业也得到了极大的发展。食品的种类日益增多，销售范围也在不断扩大，并且在市场经济中占据了重要位置。所谓的食品加工，就是食品企业，对原材料通过各种制作工艺进行生产和加工。这一过程，必须要在保证食品安全的基础上做到绿色环保。但是，当前阶段，我国一些食品加工企业在加工时还是存在着许多的不足需要改进，本文对此进行了深入分析，并提出一些改进策略。

Abstract：In recent years， with the continuous development and progress of the social economy， the food production and processing industry has also been greatly developed. In the market， the variety of foods is increasing， the scope of sales is expanding， and it has occupied an important position in the market economy.The so-called food processing is that some food enterprises produce and process the raw materials used in production through various production processes.In this process， it is necessary to be green and environmentally friendly on the basis of ensuring food safety. However， at the current stage， there are still many shortcomings in the processing of some food processing enterprises in China. This paper analyzes this in depth and proposes some improvement strategies.

在食品生产过程中，为了最大限度减少生产对环境造成的污染和破坏，需要加强对食品生产的管理，提高加工的技术水平，严格控制环境污染指数，从而发展现代绿色食品生产工业。本文中，笔者结合自身的经验，从实际情况入手，展开深入的探究，并提出一些改进策略和建议，希望能对相关的食品生产工作人员有所帮助，从而促进我国食品生产加工行业的持续发展。

1 食品生产的污染物质分析

食品生产过程是由诸多前后有联系的环节组成的。在这个过程中，需要消耗许多的食品原材料，比如淀粉、糖、水和化合物。同时会产生大量的有害物质，污染环境。食品生产对环境的污染主要包括化学物质污染、生物污染、水污染和大气污染。

根据对某食品加工厂的分析调查，可以发现，食品生产中产生了众多的污染物质，比如悬浮性固体、硝酸盐、甲基吲哚等，这些物质都会对环境造成一定的污染[1]。……
