[摘要] 目的 对中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效进行分析和研究。方法 选择该院2017年3月—2018年7月在收治的120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象，随机将其划分为对照组和观察组，每组各有60例患者。采用西医治疗的方式对对照组患者进行治疗，在西医治疗的基础上采用中医治疗的方式治疗观察组，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。 结果 对照组总有效率为65.0%，观察组总有效率为93.3%。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组总有效率（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有很好的效果，能够有效缓解患者的临床症状，而且安全性很高。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 60 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine treatment. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of Western medicine treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 65.0%， and the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group（P>0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has a good effect on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients， with high safety.

在糖尿病患者中周圍神经病变属于一种最为常见的并发症，其主要有肢端感觉异常和对称性损坏的临床表现，同时还会伴有无力、发凉、疼痛和麻木等症状，对患者的四肢感觉和运动能力都造成了严重威胁，在严重的情况下还会致残[1]。目前临床上主要采用药物治疗的方式对糖尿病周围神经病变进行治疗，但是治疗效果并不理想。为了对中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效进行分析和研究，该文选择该院2017年3月—2018年7月期间收治的120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选择该院在收治的120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象，随机将其划分为对照组和观察组，每组各有60例患者。对照组中共计24例女性，36例男性，年龄在46～70岁之间，平均年龄为（52.4± 2.7）岁，糖尿病病程在2～12年之间，平均病程为（5.5±2.1）年;观察组中共计22例女性，38例男性，年龄在48～70岁之间，平均年龄为（54.1± 2.8）岁，糖尿病病程在2～11年之间，平均病程为（5.3±1.5）年。在年龄、性别和病程等一般资料方面两组患者相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），可以进行比较。
