【摘 要】随着时代的发展，滨海城市迅速发展起来，滨海广场成为城市重要的娱乐休闲空间，滨海景观的开发与建设受到了广泛的关注，滨海景观环境设计是以海洋为背景，以海洋环境为主题从而进行的功能性、观赏性、安全性和生态性的设计等一系列的活动。滨海景观建设对扩展海湾沿岸城市公共空间，提升海滨城市的形象起着重要作用。随着经济的高速发展，自然景观与人文景观迅速的被取代、分割和毒化。目前，越来越多的中国城市广场设计被指责缺乏特色，没有个性，在设计中往往以破坏原有的区域人文为代价，设计缺乏人性，不以人的行为特征和心理需求为设计的基本要求，使滨海城市广场不具人性化。

【Abstract】With the development of the times， the coastal cities have developed rapidly. The Marina Square has become an important entertainment and leisure space for the city. The development and construction of the coastal landscape has received extensive attention. The design of the coastal landscape environment is based on the ocean and the marine environment. A series of activities such as functional， ornamental， safety and ecological design. Coastal landscape construction plays an important role in expanding the public space along the coast of the Gulf and enhancing the image of the coastal city. With the rapid development of the economy， natural landscapes and human landscapes have been rapidly replaced， segmented and poisoned. At present， more and more Chinese urban square designs are accused of lack of characteristics， no personality， in the design often at the expense of the original regional humanities， design lack of humanity， not based on human behavior characteristics and psychological needs It is required that the coastal city square is not humanized.

1. 滨海广场概论

1.1 以人为本的概念。
