Abstract At present， higher vocational colleges are actively exploring the integration of foreign language and trade in the process of development. The traditional business Japanese course has the characteristics of simple explanation of knowledge points and lack of guidance of practical operation， which leads to students' weak learning enthusiasm and ineffective teaching effect. Business Japanese course， as the core course of Japanese major， should actively combine with the training program of Japanese professionals to meet the needs of the development of foreign trade industry and emphasize operational practice. Taking "claim" as the breakthrough point， let students master the relevant business knowledge， business habits and writing requirements of Japanese claim letters in foreign trade， improve students' professional accomplishment， language application ability and communication ability， and actively cultivate the compound person who can be competent for foreign exchange and trade.

隨着世界经济发展日益紧密化，中国对外开发的沿海地区，国际商务活动空前繁荣，国际贸易具有越来越重要的意义。因此当务之急就要培养精通外语、国际贸易和国内贸易的人才。但随着知识革新的速度加快，只依靠学校单纯的书本让学生掌握基础知识、方法等，根本无法赶上知识更新的步伐。目前高职教育发展的趋势是，积极推进商贸和外语融合、理论和实操的结合。“索赔”是商务日语课程里的知识点，也是实际业务跟单过程中的常见状况。传统的商务日语课堂讲解“索赔”时，常常只依据教材记记词汇、做做翻译，相对枯燥抽象，流于表面，缺乏实操指导。专业教师应该积极利用校企合作基地的外贸公司，假期实践或者访问工程师的实践机会，深入业务部学习，掌握跟单过程中索赔操作实务、应对策略及商业贸易习惯等。

1 索赔的定义和原因

索赔（claim），日语“クレーム”或者“損害賠償請求”所谓“索赔”，就是对合同条款有异议，或者由于合同没有得以履行而蒙受损失的受害者一方，向对方索赔要求挽回自己的权利，或者要求对方赔偿己方所遭受的损害。[1]

导致索赔的原因很多，有因物品投诉而索赔的，也有服务投诉而索赔的。物品投诉索赔的原因具体包括“商品の破損、汚れ、間違い、異物混入、サイズ違い、色違い、イメージ違い、不良品、故障、期限切れ、腐敗など。”（商品损坏、污渍、弄错、混入杂物、尺寸不同、颜色不同、形象不同、劣质、故障、过期、腐败等。……
