【摘 要】随着我国化工行业的不断发展，化工机械设备的安装在化工领域建设中的作用越来越大，化工设备安装质量直接关系着化工企业经济效益和生产能力。因此，必须要加强对化工机械设备安装工艺技术的研究与分析，论文主要针对化工机械设备安装工艺技术进行探究。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of chemical industry in China， the installation of chemical machinery and equipment plays a more and more important role in the construction of chemical industry， and the installation quality of chemical equipment is directly related to the economic benefit and production capacity of chemical enterprises. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the research and analysis of the installation technology of chemical machinery and equipment. This paper mainly explores the installation technology of chemical machinery and equipment.

1 引言

随着科学技术的不断发展，化工机械设备也更加趋向于专业化、精准化以及复杂化，化工设备安装工作也相对更加困难。因此，在化工设备使用过程中，必须高度重视设备安装工艺技术，解决化工设备安装过程中的问题，保证化工机械设备能够长期稳定运行，提高企业的经济效益。

2 化工机械设备安装特点

化工机械设备指的是在化学工业生产过程中进行原材料加工、化学反应、材料分离、产品处理等工艺中所需要使用的机器设备。化工机械设备主要包括化工设备与化工机器两大类，其中，化工设备一般指的是用于分离各种化学物质的静止的机械;化工机器指以传输为主的风机和压缩机等设备，主要是动态的。科学技术的不断发展，使得化学机械设备的技术含量以及应用效率都大大提高，在进行化学机械设备组装的过程中，必须要合理运用安装技术和安装方法，保证设备能够正常稳定运行，避免设备安装问题而引起企业安全生产事故，影响企业的经济效益[1]。……
