【摘要】 目的：探究阿托伐他汀鈣片与心血管药物共同治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法：本研究选取2017年5月-2018年7月笔者所在医院就诊的76例冠心病患者作为本次研究对象，以抽取双色球的方式将患者分为对照组和研究组，每组38例。对照组仅使用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，研究组使用阿托伐他汀钙片与心血管药物共同治疗。比较两组患者血脂水平、心功能水平及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗前，两组总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后研究组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者心率、脑尿钠肽（BNP）、左心射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVED）比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后，研究组心率、BNP、LVEF、LVED均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组不良反应发生率为26.32%，研究组不良反应发生率为7.89%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：与单一使用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗相比，阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物共同治疗冠心病的效果更明显，能有效调节患者血脂水平，改善患者心功能水平，降低不良反应发生率，安全性更高，值得临床推广。

Clinical Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets Combined with Cardiovascular Drugs in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease/LU Liangyuan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2019，17（27）：-26

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with cardiovascular drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Method：In this study，76 patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.The double chromosphere was extracted and the patients were divided into the control group and the study group，with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets alone，and the study group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with cardiovascular drugs.The blood lipid levels，cardiac function levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result：Before treatment，there were no statistically significant differences in total cholesterol（TC），triglyceride（TG），low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C），and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） levels between the two groups（P>0.05）.After treatment，TC，TG，LDL-C and HDL-C levels in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Before treatment，there were no significant differences in heart rate，brain natriuretic peptide（BNP），left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVED） between the two groups（P>0.05）.After treatment，the heart rate，BNP，LVEF and LVED in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 26.32%，and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.89%，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with the single treatment with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets，Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with cardiovascular drugs has a more obvious effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease，which can effectively regulate the blood lipid level of patients，improve the cardiac function of patients，reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，and have a higher safety.Therefore，it is worthy of clinical promotion.

冠心病是一种常见的心血管内科疾病，多发于中老年患者，且病情发展较快，无法治愈，只能通过药物控制病情发展。有研究数据显示，冠心病患者5年内死亡人数占总冠心病患者的55%以上[1]。冠心病的发病机制较为复杂，主要是冠状动脉硬化引发。近年来，心内科患者中冠心病患者的人数呈上升趋势，可见提升临床诊疗水平迫在眉睫[2]。目前阿托伐他汀是治疗冠心病的主要药物之一，基于此，本文探究了阿托伐他汀钙片与心血管药物共同治疗冠心病的临床效果，具体报道如下。
