摘要：聚焦返乡农民工创业意愿的影响因素，在梳理已有农民工返乡创业意愿影响因素研究的基础上，依据计划行为理论提供的行为意愿一般性分析框架，对宁夏返乡创业典型案例进行剖析，构建了农民工返乡创业意愿影响因素综合模型，为提升农民工返乡创业意愿，促进农民工返乡创业行为提出了建议。

Study on Influence Factors of Entrepreneurial Intention of Returned Migrant Workers Based on TPB

Abstract： Focusing on the influence factors of entrepreneurial intention of returned migrant workers， based on the achievement of previous research， and according to the general analytical framework for behavioral intention provided by the theory of planned behavior， the representative cases of returning home for entrepreneurship in Ningxia were analyzed， and the comprehensive influence factor model of entrepreneurial intention of returned migrant workers was constructed， then countermeasures to increase willingness and promote behavior of returned migrant workers for entrepreneurship were put forward.

返鄉创业是农民外出打工发展到一定程度而形成的一种“回巢”现象。当前正值中国经济结构转型发展阶段，农民工聚集的劳动密集型企业生存日渐困难，在城市谋生也越来越不容易；与此同时，国家制定了一系列优惠政策，大力支持农民工返乡创业，在全国范围掀起了农民工返乡创业的浪潮。尤其是在2015年全国两会上，李克强总理明确了“大众创业、万众创新”的施政纲要，对经济发展基础薄弱、结构单一的农村地区而言，返乡农民工以其在城市务工过程中掌握的技术、知识、资本和经验积累优势，无疑成为农村地区开展创新创业工作的重要主体。农村社会的创新创业工作亟需返乡农民工的积极参与。行为意愿是决定个人是否进行某种行为的最直接因素，农民工返乡创业意愿直接决定其是否会采取创业行为。

1 理论综述

计划行为理论由美国学者Ajzen[1]在理性行为理论的基础上拓展而来，其核心因素是个人行为意愿，行为意愿是决定个人是否采取某种行为最直接的决定因素。……
