[摘要]目的 探究中医整体护理在脑卒中后遗症患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2017年1月～2018年1月收治的60例脑卒中后遗症患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预、观察组给予中医整体护理，对两组的生活质量及护理满意度进行观察及评估。结果 观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组护理满意度为96.67%（29/30），高于对照组的70.00%（21/30），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 中医整体护理用于脑卒中后遗症患者康复护理有较高的临床价值，能在改善生活质量的同时提高护理满意度，值得临床应用及推广。

Application effect of holistic nursing care of Chinese Medicine in patients with sequelae of apoplexy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in patients with sequelae of stroke. Methods Altogether 60 cases of apoplexy sequelae patients were selected from January 2017 to January 2018 treated in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group， 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention， and the observation group was given the whole nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and evaluated. Results The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67% （29/30）， which was higher than that of the control group of 70% （21/30）， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of TCM holistic nursing in the rehabilitation nursing of apoplexy sequelae is of high clinical value. It can improve the quality of life and improve the satisfaction of nursing. It is worth applying and popularizing.

腦卒中是临床上较为常见的一种危急重症，可伴有不同程度的后遗症，若不实施有效护理干预措施，能持续降低患者的生活质量；中医学认为疏通经络、醒脑通窍是治疗脑卒中后遗症主要原则，有利于帮助患者恢复正常肌力，但实施康复治疗时由于疾病本身的刺激易促使患者诱发一系列负面情绪，继而对治疗效果造成一定影响，为此临床上建议实施心理疏导方法，以达到改善负面情绪，且提升治疗依从性的目的[1]，本研究为了探究中医整体护理在脑卒中后遗症康复护理中的应用价值，选取我院收治的60例脑卒中后遗症患者为研究对象，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2017年1月～2018年1月我院收治的60例脑卒中后遗症患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。观察组男14例，女16例；年龄62～88岁，平均（74.18±0.16）岁；其中缺血性脑卒中15例，出血性脑卒中15例；疾病类型：肢体功能障碍15例，失语伴有吞咽功能障碍15例。对照组男15例，女15例；……
