[摘要]目的 探讨综合护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）后的应用效果。方法 选取我院2017年1～12月收治的70例LC患者作为研究对象，根据护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组各35例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予综合护理干预，比较两组并发症发生率和护理前后疼痛程度。结果 观察组并发症发总生率为8.6%，对照组为28.6%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组护理前视觉模拟（VAS）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理后观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 综合护理干预既能降低LC后并发症也可缓解疼痛程度，值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention after laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）. Methods A total of 70 cases of LC patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to difference the nursing methods， the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group， 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of complications and the degree of pain before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.6%， the incidence of complications in the control group was 28.6%， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）， and the difference in the visual analogue scale （VAS） score before nursing intervention between two groups was not significant （P>0.05）， and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after nursing intervention， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can not only reduce the complications after LC， but also relieve the pain level. It is worthy of clinical application.

随着微创外科技术的发展，腹腔镜越来越被大家所熟知，腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）已成为治疗胆囊结石的“金标准”术式，以其创伤小、恢复快为明显特点，为广大患者所认同。随着手术经验的不断丰富，器械设备的不断完善，LC的手术适应证也在扩大，也越来越受到患者的欢迎。尽管经LC创伤小、并发症少，但不可避免会使患者出现疼痛感，严重时甚至会引发强烈的应激反应，影响机体免疫力甚至阻碍病情好转[1-2]。为缓解LC后疼痛程度，减少并发症的发生率，需在患者术后实施综合有效的护理干预，以加速患者病情转归与身体机能的康复。为探讨综合护理干预在LC后的应用效果，本研究将我院收治的70例行胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象，通过随机分组的方式分为两组，观察组患者实施综合护理干预，取得了满意的临床效果，现报道如下。
