[摘要] 慢性骨髓炎性情顽固，难以治愈，成为医生治疗的难题，被称作第二癌症。现在治疗慢性骨髓关节炎的方法有很多，但是效果并不是很好，有学者也认为用一种方法解决不了所有的问题，应该综合治疗，对于慢性骨髓关节炎治疗重点是局部治疗，要进行死骨的清除、清理炎症、抑制肉芽的生长，对患者的血液进行调整。为了更好的治疗性骨髓关节炎，对黄柏进行了研究，黄柏有抗菌、抗炎、解热及促进创伤修复的作用，抑制细胞免疫反应的作用，临床中值得应用。

Clinical Application and Pharmacological Study of Treating Chronic Osteomyelitis with Phellodendron

[Abstract] Chronic osteomyelitis is persistent and hard to cure. It has become a difficult problem for doctors and it is called second cancer. There are many ways to treat chronic myeloid arthritis， but the effect is not very good. Some scholars also believe that using one method cannot solve all the problems and should be treated comprehensively. The focus of chronic myelogenous arthritis treatment is local treatment. The removal of bones， cleansing of inflammation， inhibition of the growth of granulation， and adjustment of the patient's blood. In order to better treat bone marrow arthritis， Phellodendron chinense has been studied. Phellodendron has antibacterial， anti-inflammatory， antipyretic， and role in promoting wound healing， inhibiting cellular immune response， and is worthy of clinical application.

黄柏也称“川黄柏”，它与黄连相像，有去火消肿、清热解毒的功效，黄柏一般用来治疗黄疸、湿热症状，由于它苦寒利于泻下湿热，除此之外，黄柏还有解毒的功效，比如治疗皮肤湿疹、皮肤瘙痒等疾病[1]。它的果实有镇咳的功效，还能降血压、抗菌、抗溃疡、保肝利肝，黄柏性寒，对脾胃不好，所以脾胃有缺陷的不能服用黄柏[2]。用盐灸可以减少黄柏的苦味，减少对脾胃的傷害，还可以做药引[3]。近几年，对黄柏的研究越来越多，在患者的治疗中应用的也越来越多，该次研究就是黄柏治疗慢性骨髓炎的综述。

1 慢性骨髓炎概述

慢性骨髓炎的前身是急性化脓性骨髓炎，只有局部引流不畅通时，才可能出现全身症状，其局部症状往往难以治愈。 慢性骨髓炎是从急性骨髓炎发展过来的，这是一个连续的过程，在急性期时会有明显的特征，慢性期时会发现是以修复增生为主。……
