摘 要 随着社会的发展，“互联网+教育”逐渐成为一种社会潮流，并为中国的教育发展提供了新理念、新环境和新思路。在这背景之下，中学课堂教学模式、教学内容、教学手段也正在悄然变革，而中学教师正是这场变革中的主力军。通过解读相关理念，分析在此时代下中学教师专业发展面临的困境，尝试从突破传统教学理念、创新课堂教学模式、培养析滤信息能力、拓宽专业发展渠道四方面探究了促进中学教师专业发展的策略与途径，以期在“互联网+教育”新时代背景下，探索促进中学教师专业发展新路向。

Abstract With the development of society， "Internet + education" has gradually become a social trend， and has provided new ideas， new environments and new ideas for the development of education in China. In this context， the middle school classroom teaching model， teaching content， and teaching methods are also quietly changing， and secondary school teachers are the main force in this revolution. Through interpreting relevant concepts， this paper analyzes the dilemma faced by middle school teachers in this era， and attempts to promote the professional development of middle school teachers from four aspects： breaking through traditional teaching concepts， innovating classroom teaching modes， cultivating and filtering information capabilities， and broadening professional development channels. Strategies and approaches， in the context of the new era of "Internet + education"， explore new ways to promote the professional development of middle school teachers.

1 相關概念界定

1.1互联网+教育

“互联网+”的提出最早可以追溯到2012年11月于扬在移动互联网博览会上的发言。2015年3月，“互联网+”行动计划被写入《政府工作报告》，正式成为我国经济社会发展重要战略。所谓“互联网+”战略就是依托互联网平台，利用互联网和各行各业有机结合起来，在新的领域创造一种新的生态。简单地说就是，“互联网+讇状承幸？互联网讇仔幸怠保导市Ч圆皇羌虻サ南嗉印T诖吮尘跋拢盎チ？教育”呼之欲出，但“互联网+教育”的“+”不仅仅是局限于技术层面上的“+”，更多地是模式、思维、理念的突破。各种新技术的发展深刻影响着我们的教育事业，其中以各种技术驱动拓宽发展方式，线下教学创新促进教师自身专业成长是其中的重要内容。

“互联网+教育”时代的到来赋予了教师专业发展新内涵，更多地侧重于作为专业人员的教师们在信息技术发展环境下，以互联网为依托，以创新为出发点，使自身在各方面不断完善的动态过程。……
