摘 要 产教深度融合是打造中国特色现代职业教育体系的重要内容之一。在产教融合背景下，创新高职教育的顶岗实习管理模式，建立有效的保障机制和科学的评价体系，采用移动终端信息化管理手段，发挥校企协同育人优势，有利于提升人才培养质量。

Abstract The deep integration of production and education is one of the important contents of building a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics. Under the background of integration of production and education， the innovative post-internship management mode of higher vocational education， establish an effective guarantee mechanism and scientific evaluation system， and adopt the information management method of mobile terminal to give play to the advantages of school-enterprise collaborative education， which is conducive to improving the quality of personnel training.

習近平总书记在十九大报告中明确指出：完善职业教育和培训体系，深化产教融合、校企合作。在《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》和《现代职业教育体系建设规划（2014—2020 年）》中均提到要坚持产教融合发展。顶岗实习是高职教育培养良好职业素养的重要教学环节。在校企合作产教融合背景下，进一步提升顶岗实习质量具有重要现实意义。

1 高职院校产教融合与顶岗实习的内涵

产教融合是高职教育的本质特点和内在要求，既是一个将理论和实际有机结合过程，也是职业教育和社会生产相结合的人才培养方式。所谓的“产”指生产劳动，“教”指教育教学，其核心要素是生产性与教育性的融合，实现目标是协同育人。高职院校以专业内涵建设主动对接行业企业，行业企业积极参与高职教育的人才培养全过程，通过两者深度融合最终真正实现协同育人，这是产教融合能够有效实施的关键环节。顶岗实习作为高职院校实践教学主要环节，是学生由在校生到准员工再到合格员工的社会角色转换的过渡期，对提升学生职业能力起着关键作用，是高职教育人才培养不可缺少的重要组成部分。……
