摘 要 随着多媒体技术、通讯技术、互联网技术等现代信息技术的发展，高等职业教育的教学内容、方法和手段都发生了翻天覆地的变化。高职教学模式正逐渐地从“教为主导”转变为“学为主导”，从“线下”转移到“线上”。因此，如何利用各种现代信息技术进行教学模式的创新是当前高等职业教育教学改革的重要方向。

Abstract With the development of modern information technology such as multimedia technology， communication technology and Internet technology， the teaching content， methods and means of higher vocational education have undergone earth-shaking changes. The teaching model of higher vocational education is gradually changing from "teaching as the leading" to "learning as the leading" and shifting from "offline" to "online". Therefore， how to use various modern information technology to carry out the innovation of teaching mode is an important direction of the current teaching reform of higher vocational education.

0 引言

教學模式是教师使用一定的教学手段和方法把教学内容传授给学生的的教学流程。目前常见的教学模式有：学科本位、能力本位、模块化、双元制以及以人格为本等教学模式，这些教学模式在高等职业教育人才培养中都发挥了各自的优势，但在教学实践中也都存在一些弊端。比如，学科本位忽视了对学生实践技能的培养，毫无疑问已经不适合当前职业教育教学的要求；基于职业能力为本的教学模式，虽然能够提高学生的实操技能，但往往忽略了理论知识对学生职业发展的重要性；模块化的教学模式起源于澳大利亚的职业培训教育体系，双元制教学模式则是德国职业教育的核心，但因为我国相关职业教育立法的缺失，使得这两种教学模式在我国难以普遍实现；以人格为本的教学模式注重基础知识的传授，特别强调培养学生的“关键能力”和可持续学习能力，但缺乏系统性，对学习个体的要求很高。

面对我国经济飞速发展对高等职业教育人才的依赖，培养符合各行各业需要的应用型人才，利用新技术改革现有的教学模式迫在眉睫。……
