【摘要】高校家校协同育人是实现三全育人的重要组成部分，学生的成长成才离不开高校和家庭的相互配合与支持。本文针对目前高校家校协同育人工作中存在的问题，认为高校家校协同育人机制的构建，应利用新媒体建立家校长效沟通机制，创新家校协同育人的活动形式，学生工作管理部门也应理顺体制机制，明确辅导员育人职责，使辅导员减负增效，为家校协同育人工作的开展提供条件和保障。

【Abstract】The school？鄄family collaborative education mechanism is an important part of “three whole education”. Students？蒺 growth and success depend on their cooperation and support. In view of the existing problems in the cooperative education in colleges and universities， this paper holds that the construction of the school？鄄family cooperative education mechanism should be constructed by using the new media to establish the effective communication mechanism， to innovate the activities of the cooperative education， and to straighten out the system of students management department and clarify the educating responsibilities to reduce burdens and increase efficiency of the counselors， thereby providing conditions and guarantees for school？鄄family collaborative education.

一、高校家校协同育人机制建设的必要性

近年来，随着高校全员全过程全方位育人工作的深入推进，高校学生工作的开展越来越离不开各方力量的协同和整合，尤其是学生家长的积极参与和配合。教育始于家庭，人在成长过程中最先接触的是家庭，父母所给与的关注和陪伴更为打动人心。对于95后、00后大学生来说，身心的成熟程度并不一定能适应社会发展的节奏，特别是从严格管理督促的高中校园过渡到相对宽松自由的大学校园时，常常会有失去奋斗目标的茫然和被眼花缭乱的社团活动眯眼的时刻，家长参与大学生管理不可或缺。大学生的成长成才不能自由放任，也不能仅依靠学校教育，需要发挥学校和家庭两个积极性，构建一种长效的协同育人机制，给大学生以正确的引导。……
