【摘要】目的：比较传统授课方法和PBL授课方式在外科学教学中的成果，阐述PBL教学方法应用的价值。方法：本研究特地选取来我院实习的医学生72例，随机平均分为两组，对照组和观察组各36例；对照组实习生接受传统教学模式，观察组行PBL教学方法授课；以两组实习生的成绩及对授课方式的满意率作为观察指标进行比较分析。结果：与对照组相比，观察组教学成果显然更佳，理论知识和实践技能平均得分明显更高，良好率更高，而且从实习生对授课方式的满意程度看，观察组总满意率也明显高于对照组；两组间差异明显，进行比较P<0.05有统计学意义。结论：PBL教学模式能够极大的激发学生的学习热情和积极性，能够提高工作的效率，教学成果也较为显著；值得在各个学科的教学中广泛应用。

【Abstract】Objective： to compare the traditional teaching method and PBL teaching method in the teaching of surgery， the value of the application of PBL teaching method. Methods： this study specially selected to our practice of medical students of 72 cases randomly divided into two groups， control group and observation group 36 cases；control group interns to accept the traditional teaching mode， observation group of PBL teaching method teaching；with two groups of interns and to the satisfaction of teaching methods as observation index for comparative analysis. Results： compared with control group and observation group teaching achievement obviously better， theoretical knowledge and practical skills scored significantly higher on average， good rate is higher， and from the interns satisfaction with respect to the manner of teaching， and total satisfaction and observation group was obviously higher than that of control group；comparing obvious difference between the two groups， P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion： PBL teaching model can stimulate students？蒺 learning enthusiasm and initiative， to improve the efficiency of the work， the teaching achievements are significant：is worth wide application in various disciplines teaching.

医生综合素质和专业技能操作水平的高低直接关系到医疗的水平和质量，而我国多数医学学校均重视理论知识的教育，医学生极少有动手的实践操作机会，临床实习是将理论知识转化为临床实践的重要阶段[1]，而临床带教的方法与质量则会直接影响到医学实习生技能操作的学习，因此寻找高效的教学方法是目前亟待解决的问题。PBL教学法是近些年来逐渐被广泛应用的教学方法，主要是以问题为基础，通过不断挖掘学生的学习潜力，来提高学生的自主学习性，进而提高学习的质量和水平。本文主要就PBL教学法和传统教学模式的教学成果进行比较，结果详情见……
