摘 要 学习能力差，学习态度不端正是目前许多高校的学生出现的问题， 改善和提高学风，创造积极向上的学习氛围迫在眉睫。当前新形势下，高校思政教育已进入网络教育时代，因此网络同伴教育的理念被提出和应用于学风建设中，本文对开展网络同伴教育在学风建设中的作用进行研究分析，探索学生思政教育新方法、新理念，为在学风建设中开展网络同伴教育提供理论依据。

Abstract Poor learning ability and misunderstanding of learning are the problems that many students in colleges and universities have at present. It is extremely urgent to improve and improve the style of study and create a positive and positive learning atmosphere. Under the current new situation， ideological and political education in colleges and universities has entered the era of online education. Therefore， the concept of network peer education has been proposed and applied to the construction of academic style. This paper studies and analyzes the role of network peer education in the construction of academic style， and explores students' ideological and political thinking. New methods and concepts of education provide a theoretical basis for conducting network peer education in the construction of academic style.

隨着我国社会科技的不断发展、经济建设的不断进步，高等院校在人才培养方面也需要进行不断的改革创新，所以加强学生的学风建设工作显得尤为重要。本文将从四个方面进行论述浅析网络同伴教育在学风建设中的应用：

1 网络同伴教育

心理学家皮亚杰认为，儿童通过同伴合作，相互学习，能集思广益，使学习效果更佳。[1]同伴关系可以使他们更好的产生归属感、获得有效的社会支持、发展自我认知水平，并且在同伴的激励下，增强解决问题的能力，树立信心。同伴教育是一种同伴互助的方法，同时也是一种教育行为，是学生社会化的重要途径。最早的有系统有组织的同伴教育是“导生制”教学。近年来，同伴教育方法被广泛应用到艾滋病预防、禁毒、心理健康等领域。同伴在一起共享信息、知识和观念，传递思想、情感，从而帮助学生转变知识、信念和行为，帮助学生成长成才。……
