摘 要 目的：对我院住院医师规范化培训运行效果进行评价。方法：选择2015年与2016年期间参与培训的90名住院医师，对他们思想品德素质、临床技能、病历质量等方面的成绩进行考核，深度探究与分析其間存在的问题，提出几点应对措施。结果：应对措施编制与实施以后，除了专业英语之外，90名住院医师2016年其他各项目成绩显著高于2015年，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：编制确切性培训目标，制定可行性培训规划，建立健全考评体制等对策的编制与实施，能够强化住院医师培训活动运行的规范性，提升住院医师业务能力与职业素养，可见住院医师规范化培训值得推广。

Abstract Objective： To evaluate the effect of standardized training for residents in our hospital. Methods： 90 residents who participated in the training between 2015 and 2016 were selected to assess their ideological and moral quality， clinical skills， medical record quality and other aspects of the results， in-depth exploration and analysis of the existing problems， and put forward some countermeasures. Results： After the formulation and implementation of the coping measures， the results of other items of 90 residents in 2016 were significantly higher than those in 2015 （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： The formulation and implementation of the exact training objectives， feasible training plans and evaluation system can strengthen the standardization of resident training activities and enhance the professional competence and quality of resident doctors. It can be seen that the standardized training of resident doctors is worth popularizing.

住院医师培训可以被理解为医学生毕业后进入住院医师培训基地的方式，参与进以医学二级学科为基点的临床培训模式中，被归纳进毕业后教育范围中。住院医师规范化培训被看成培养医药卫生人才的有效渠道之一，也是毕业后继续医学教育制度的主要构成成分，住院医师培养工作运行质量与医院后续发展效果之间存在密切关系。由此可见强化住院医师培训质量是极为必要的。而目前我国住院医师规范化培训存在很多问题，包括培训过程和内容不合理、考核制度不健全等。本文拟对住院医师进行系统化、规范化培训，通过考核观察培训效果。

1 对象与方法

1.1 对象

采用回顾性分析方法选择2015年与2016年期间参与培训的90名住院医师为研究对象。其中2015年90名住院医师中男59名，女31名；年龄27～31岁，中位年龄27.36岁；2016年90名住院医师中男52名，女38名；年龄26～30岁，中位年龄26.21岁。2015年与2016年参与培训的住院医师在性别、年龄等一般资料比较上，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。……
