摘 要 我国高教事业的蓬勃发展，带动了高校校企业合作的建设与研究工作。应用型高校的概念虽早在二十一世纪初便提出，对此类高校的校企协同机制研究较少。通过调研部分应用型高校和企业发现，建设目标、政策落地、层层实施等一系列问题，这些流于形式的校企合作会限制应用型高校的人才培养目标的实现，在这种形势下开展应用型高校的校企协同机制，应结合地方性的办学定位和特点，进行针对性的系统研究，以待实现学校应用型技术技能型人才培养目标。

Abstract The vigorous development of higher education in China has promoted the cooperation and research work between universities and enterprises. Although the concept of applied colleges and universities was proposed in the early 21st century， there is little research on the school-enterprise synergy mechanism in such universities. Through the investigation of some applied universities and enterprises， a series of problems can be found， such as construction goals， policy implementation， and implementation at each level， these formalized school-enterprise cooperation will limit the realization of talent training objectives in applied universities. Under this situation， the school-enterprise collaboration mechanism in applied universities should be combined with the local orientation and characteristics of running schools to carry out targeted systematic research， in order to achieve the goal of the training of applied technology and skills.

0 引言

在高速經济发展的背景下，我国高等教育事业的规模得以逐年稳步发展，大学教育在社会中承载了社会精英教育的艰巨使命，实现大众化教育是以传统本科高校转型和新建民办本科高校为主的应用型高校的新时代使命。在教育强国的今天，从长远视野来看，提升高等教育质量是满足社会对高等教育的需求，加强高等教育改革和校企协同育人的重要实践过程，培养各类应用拔尖型人才、技能一流型人才、综合创新型人才。

1 应用型高校特点

“应用型高校”是高等教育全新的教育类型，以结构调整、质量提升为核心的内涵式发展阶段应运而生，我国应用型高校主要由新建的民办本科高校和一批普通本科高校顺应国家高等教育结构改革的发展趋势进行转型的应用型高校组成，与传统型本科高校及高职院校在学科方向、专业结构、课程体系、人才培养方向上有着较大区别，我国高等教育重要组成部分。……
