摘 要：随着当今社会对能够参与国际事务，进行国际交流的人才需求不断加大，跨文化交际能力培养的重要性日渐凸显。2015年教育部组织专家拟定的《大学英语教学指南》（征求意见稿）明确指出各高校应开设大学英语跨文化交际课程。然而受制于诸多问题，跨文化交际教学的开展困难重重。所幸，CBI与翻转课堂教学模式的引入为问题的解决提供了出路。组织CBI指导下的跨文化交际翻转课堂教学需从新型教学模式的运作机制、在线学习资源建设与学习任务设计三方面着力。

Abstract： Nowadays with the growth of the demand for the talents who are capable of participating in international affairs and carrying out international communication， the cultivation of students' cross-cultural communicative competence becomes increasingly important. In 2015， the Ministry of Education commissioned a group of experts to draw up The Guidelines on College English Teaching which suggests that universities in China set up the course of Intercultural Communication. However， due to a variety of problems， it is difficult to carry out Intercultural Communication course teaching. Fortunately， the problems can be solved by introducing CBI and flipped classroom teaching mode into Intercultural Communication teaching. On the basis of CBI and flipped classroom teaching mode， the present paper probed into the operation mechanism of the new teaching mode， the construction of online learning resources and the design of the learning tasks.

《國家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》指出，应“适应国家经济社会对外开放的要求，培养大批具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务和竞争的国际化人才”。在《纲要》对国际化人才提出的各项要求中，不论是“形成国际视野”，还是“能够参与国际事务”，都需要在人才培养中，特别是大学英语教学中着力提升学生的跨文化交际能力，促使其博文广识，熟知西方各重要国家的历史、社会、文化背景，同时引导其精进跨文化交际的各项技能，以确保其凭借丰富的西方文化知识、娴熟的跨文化交际技能，在未来的国际事务中与外方有效沟通，顺畅交流，成功达成目的。然而在当前的大学英语教学中，跨文化交际教学的推进却举步维艰。

一、大学英语跨文化交际教学的历史与现状
