摘 要：在互联网技术持续发展下，人们逐渐实现了云计算到大数据时代的转换。基于大数据时代的影响，各行业均发生了较大变化，例如：医院管理工作中，通过信息化管理平台的构建，逐渐对看病难等问题进行有效解决，同时对医疗管理的发展起到促进作用。对此，本文首先进行医院信息化管理平台的阐述，其次分析大数据时代信息化管理平台在医院管理中的价值，最后研究其管理平台的创建路径，以便于为人们营造良好的医疗环境。

Abstract：Under the continuous development of internet technology，people gradually realized the transformation from cloud computing to big data era. Based on the influence of big data era，all industries have changed greatly，for example，in hospital management，through the construction of information management platform，the problems such as difficult medical treatment are solved effectively，and the development of medical management plays a role in promoting the development of medical management. This article first carries out the exposition of the hospital information management platform，then analyzes the value of the information management platform in the big data era in the hospital management，and finally studies the creation of the management platform，so as to facilitate the creation of a good medical environment for people.

0 引 言

在计算机信息技术稳定发展的背景下，医院进行相关管理工作时，已经逐渐迈向信息化的发展方向。对于传统医疗管理模式来讲，因人们需求的持续提升，使其无法满足人们现实需求，因此，医院需要对信息化管理平台建设予以高度重视，以此向人们提供优质服务。基于大数据时代，部分医院为了实现长远发展目标，逐渐将医院管理作为关注重点，同时对信息化管理平台创建予以高度重视，并结合相关管理问题进行处理，以发挥大数据时代的最大价值。

1 医院信息化管理平台的创建

1.1 单机系统

对于各医院来讲，若要达到患者与医护人员不同需求，通常会将计算机技术的应用作为重点，通过在患者管理和人事管理中的合理应用，实现其管理水平的提升，其主要包括患者住院期间费用普查，对医护人员考勤和设备器材管理等，以此发挥其最大价值。……
