摘 要：随着经济的快速发展和科技的不断进步，我国对海洋资源的开发和利用活动越来越多，对海洋环境监测技术也提出了更高的要求。物联网是新一代信息技术的重要组成部分，代表着世界信息产业发展的最新成果。探索建设基于物联网技术的海洋环境监测系统，对于提升我国海洋环境监测能力和海洋环境管理水平有着重要意义。

Abstract：With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous progress of science and technology，the development and utilization of marine resources in China is more and more，and the monitoring technology of the marine environment has also raised higher requirements. The internet of things is an important part of the new generation of information technology，representing the latest achievements in the development of information industry in the world. The exploration and construction of the marine environment monitoring system based on the technology of internet of things is of great significance to enhance the monitoring ability of the marine environment and the management level of the marine environment.

0 引 言

物联网是通过二维码识读设备、射频识别（RFID）装置、红外感应器、全球定位系统和激光扫描器等信息传感设备，按约定的协议，把任何物品与互联网相连接，进行信息交换和通信，以实现智能化识别、定位、跟踪、监控和管理的一种网络。物联网是新一代信息技术的重要组成部分，代表着世界信息产业发展的最新成果。物联网利用智能感知、识别技术、网络通信与普适计算等通信感知技术，把传感器、控制器、机器、人员和物等通过新的方式连在一起，形成一个人与物、物与物、万物互联的庞大网络。

物联网的核心和基础仍然是互联网，是在互联网基础上延伸和扩展的网络，业务和应用创新是其发展的核心。物联网不但能够全面感知，还能自动化处理。物联网一般整体使用传感网和互联网，通过传感网，拓展互联网用户终端，达到实时管理物品的目的，可以让无生命的物品和人“对话”，继而让人与物高效地进行信息交流，实现人与机器、机器与机器以及人与人之间的信息交互，体现“科技为人服务”的主旨。……
