摘要： 随着教育的不断深化进步发展，小学语文教学也形成了新的教学理念和新的教学模式，使人才培养符合社会发展的需要。因为语言知识的学习可以提高学生的思维能力，因此合作学习的实现可以优化语文教学模式的有效发展。本文分析了合作学习的作用，分析了合作学习在小学语文教学中存在的问题，并促进了“合作学习实践在小学语文教学中的积极应用”，采取了合理的措施，注重学生的发展。以培养和发展学生的创新能力和合作精神为目标。要注重改变原有的单一的满堂灌的教学模式，努力创设快乐的学习情境，提高学生的学习兴趣，提高学生合作学习的能力，最终实现培养小学语文创新教学的目的，符合新时代具有合作意识的人才。

Abstract：  with the continuous deepening and development of education， the Chinese teaching in primary schools has also formed a new teaching concept and a new teaching model， which makes talent cultivation meet the needs of social development. Because the study of language knowledge can improve students' thinking ability， the realization of cooperative learning can optimize the effective development of Chinese teaching model. This paper analyzes the function of cooperative learning， analyzes the problems of cooperative learning in primary school Chinese teaching， promotes the positive application of cooperative learning practice in primary school Chinese teaching， and takes reasonable measures to pay attention to the development of students. The goal is to cultivate and develop students' innovative ability and cooperative spirit. We should pay attention to changing the original single and full classroom teaching mode， try to create a happy learning situation， improve students' interest in learning， improve students' ability of cooperative learning， and finally achieve the goal of cultivating primary school Chinese innovative teaching， in line with the new era with cooperative awareness of talents.

1 问题的提出

在新的时代里，教育也要有点新鲜、兴奋和困惑。许多新问题必须研究和讨论。共存是人与人、人与社会、人与环境之间的一种互动形式。随着人类社会进入二十一世纪，生活在特定社会生活中，合作与沟通能力、自主学习能力和创新能力尤为重要，已成为教育界关注的热点话题。然而，现实中，由于学校管理、教学方法等方面存在的封闭性和保守性，许多独生子女家庭教育的方法和方法都是不恰当的，导致一些学生以自私、自我为中心，不尊重他人，不善于与人交往。这是未来社会对人才需求的矛盾。……
