[摘要] 目的 探讨牙槽嵴低平患者接受全口义齿修复治疗的价值。 方法 选取2015年2月～2017年2月我院牙槽嵴低平患者100例为研究对象，按照治疗方案的差异分组，其中对照组接受传统全口义齿修复治疗，实验组则实施改良全口义齿修复治疗，比较两组牙槽嵴低平患者治疗结果的差异性。 结果 实验组牙槽嵴低平患者治疗后的咀嚼功能优良率（94.00%）明显高于对照组咀嚼功能优良率（82.00%）（P<0.05）；实验组义齿使用总满意率（100.00%）明显高于对照组的总满意率（84.00%）（P<0.05）。 结论 改良全口义齿修复在牙槽嵴低平患者治疗中应用，能够有效提高患者的满意程度，改善其咀嚼功能以及固定效果，应用价值较高。

Effectiveness of complete denture repair in patients with flat alveolar ridge

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of complete denture repair in patients with flat alveolar ridge. Methods 100 patients with flat alveolar ridge from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the therapeutic regimen. Patients in control group were treated with the conventional complete denture repair while patients in study group were treated with the improved complete denture repair. The treatment results in patients with flat alveolar ridge of two groups were compared. Results The superior rate of masticatory function in study group after treatment（94.00%） was significantly higher than that in control group（82.00%）（P<0.05）. The total satisfactory rate of denture use in study group（100.00%） was significantly higher than that in control group（84.00%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion Improved complete denture repair in patients with flat alveolar ridge could improve the satisfactory rate of patients effectively， and also improve the masticatory function and fixation effect. It was with high value of application.

牙槽嵴低平患者在接受全口义齿修复治疗的过程中，较易出現固位不良的情况，尤其是经全口义齿修复多次治疗、长时间牙列缺失的老年患者，其下颌牙槽嵴低平严重，为其实施传统全口义齿修复治疗，稳定效果以及固位效果较差[1-3]。牙槽嵴低平对患者的正常饮食生活造成了严重的影响，从而会降低患者的生活质量，因此，采取有效方案提高牙槽嵴低平患者经全口义齿修复治疗的效果，十分必要。为探讨全口义齿修复在牙槽嵴低平患者中的应用价值，本文以2015年2月～2017年2月100例牙槽嵴低平患者为研究对象，分别给予其受传统全口义齿修复治疗和改良全口义齿修复治疗，对其治疗的结果进行总结和分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
