[摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理在手术室护理工作中的应用效果。 方法 选取2016年1月～2017年1月我院进行手术治疗的患者80例，所有入选患者采取随机数字表法随机分为两组，每组各40例，对照组采取常规护理，干预组采取优质护理，比较两组患者的各项护理质量评分。 结果 干预组患者的术前、术中及术后护理质量及护理人员的操作技术、手术室环境、护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组，差异具有显著性（P<0.05），但两组护理人员的形象比较，差异不显著（P>0.05）。 结论 在手术室护理工作中通过实施优质护理服务，有利于提高护理质量及护理满意度。

Effectiveness of high quality nursing care in operation room nursing

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effectiveness of high quality nursing care in operation room nursing. Methods 80 patients under surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 patients in each by using random number table. Patients in control group received routine nursing care and patients in intervention group received high quality nursing care. Scores of indicators of nursing care quality were compared between two groups. Results The satisfaction rates of nursing care quality before， during and after operation， techniques of paramedics， operation room environment and nursing care in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group（P<0.05）. The images of paramedics between two groups were not statistically different（P>0.05）. Conclusion It could improve the quality and satisfaction rate of nursing care by implementing high quality nursing care in operation room nursing.

手术室是对患者进行治疗及抢救的重要场所，护理工作量繁重，对护理质量要求较高[1]。优质护理是以现代护理观为指导，以充分满足患者的护理服务需求、提升护理服务质量为理念的一种新型护理模式[2]。近年来，随着医学模式的不断转变，将优质护理应用于手术室护理工作中，使患者以良好的生理和心理状态积极配合手术，对于提高手术成功率及提高临床护理质量具有重要的临床意义[3]。2016年1月～2017年1月，我院将优质护理模式应用于手术室护理工作中，取得了较好的疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2016年1月～2017年1月我院进行手术治疗的患者80例，排除合并严重心脑血管疾病、凝血功能障碍及伴精神类疾病者，入选患者或家属均对本研究知情同意，并自愿签署知情同意书。……
