【摘 要】 目的：研究滇产中药前胡干燥根部的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱层析、凝胶、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化，依据化合物理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果：从滇产中药前胡根的甲醇提取物中分离得到3个化合物，分别鉴定为氧化前胡素 （1）、白当归素 （2）和2，3-二甲氧基苯甲酸 （3）。结论：化合物类型主要为线型呋喃香豆素，为其进一步的化学成分及生物活性研究提供了理论基础。

Abstract：Objective Investigation on the chemical constituents of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn collected in Yunnan Province. Methods The gum of this medicinal plant was repeated by column chromatography （silica gel）， Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic evidences. Result 3 compounds， byakangelicin （1）， oxypeucedamin （2）， 2，3-dimethoxy-benzoic acid （3）， were isolated from the methanol extracts of roots of this plant. Conclusion The major types of chemical constituents of Yunnan P. praeruptorum Dunn is coumarin. And it provides theoretical basis for the further study of chemical constituents and biological activities.

前胡为伞形科（Umbelliferae）白花前胡 （Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn）干燥根，苦、辛，微寒，归肺经。用于痰热喘满，咯痰黄稠，风热咳嗽痰多[1]。在云南有8个属约20种植物作为前胡使用，其中短片藁本、羽胞藁本、美脉藁本、云前胡、亮蛇床、二色棱子芹是各地区长期习惯使用[2]。《滇南本草》所记载云南地产前胡的功效与《本草纲目》记载一致，为味辛，性寒，阴中阳也，解散伤风伤寒发汗要药，升降肝气，止咳嗽，明目退翳，除内外之痰，有推陈出新之功[3]。前胡根部主要含香豆素化合物，其具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等活性[4-5]。实验对产自云南中药前胡的化学成分进行了提取分离、鉴定。从其甲醇提取物分离得到3个化合物，分别鉴定为白当归素 （byakangelicin，1）[6]、氧化前胡素 （oxypeucedamin，2）[7]和2，3-二甲氧基苯甲酸 （2，3-dimethoxy-benzoic acid，3）[8]。

1 材料与方法

1.1 仪器 Bruker AM-400型、DRX-500型核磁共振仪（Bruker 公司），TMS作为内标，为ppm，J为Hz。

1.2 材料 薄层色谱GF254、柱色谱硅胶（100～200目和200～300目）均为青岛海洋化工厂生产；反相填充材料RP-18（Merk公司，40～60（m）；MCI树脂（Mitsubishi Chemical公司）；Sephadex LH-20柱色谱填料（Merk公司）。……
