【摘 要】 目的：通过对福建省龙岩市第一医院中药饮片处方点评结果进行分析，发现医院中药饮片处方及处方点评存在的问题，探讨其解决和改进的方法，提高处方点评能力和处方质量，促进中药饮片的临床合理使用。方法：运用EXCELL表格对中药饮片处方点评的结果进行统计分析。结果：中药饮片处方不合理率较高，达11.83%，主要体现在处方无中医诊断及无证型处方及用法不合理处方较多，用药与临床诊断不符、特殊用法无脚注、超处方天数、超剂量用药等处方时有出现，处方点评工作开展还不够深入，点评质量有待提高。结论：医院中药饮片处方质量还有待进一步提高，中药饮片处方点评工作需要探索建立符合自身特点的点评制度和点评标准。

Abstract：Objective Through the analysis of the results of the prescription review of a Chinese herbal medicine inLongyan First Hospital of Fujian， we found the existing problems in the prescription and prescription review of Chinese Herbal Pieces in our hospital， and discussed the ways to solve and improve it， so as to improve the prescription comment ability and the quality of the prescription， and promote the rational clinical use of Chinese herbal pieces.Methods The EXCELL table was used to analyze the results of the prescription of Chinese herbal medicine. Results Our hospitalChinese herbal medicine prescription unreasonable rate reached 11.83%， mainly reflected in the prescription of TCM diagnosis and prescription and unreasonable usage of undocumented prescription drugs and clinical diagnosis are inconsistent， no special use of footnotes， prescription drug overdose over days， etc. have appeared， prescription work is not deep enough. Review the quality needs to be improved. Conclusion The quality of the prescription of Chinese herbal medicine of our hospitalneeds to be further improved. The prescription review work of Chinese herbal medicine needs to explore the establishment of its own characteristics of the comment system and comment criteria.

中藥饮片处方是医师在诊疗活动中运用中医药理论进行望、闻、问、切，通过辨证论治的方法为患者开具的载有中药饮片名称、数量、用法用量，作为患者用药凭证的书面文件，中药饮片处方的开具是中医理、法、方、药，结合病情实际进行辨证论治的具体体现，是我国传统医药临床应用的主要实现形式之一，其重要性不言而喻。对中药饮片处方进行点评，规范处方内容、格式，剖析其组方谴药的严谨性、科学性、合理性，对于规范临床诊疗行为，促进临床合理用药具有重要意义。
