【摘 要】 目的：观察西药联合龙芪安脉胶囊治疗室性早搏气血两虚型的临床疗效。方法：选取心律失常室性早搏的住院及门诊患者56例作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各28例。对照组予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合龙芪安脉胶囊治疗，对比两组临床療效。结果：治疗4周后，治疗组室性早搏发生次数的降低、中医证候的改善效果均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：西药联合龙芪安脉胶囊治疗室性早搏气血两虚型效果明显，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of western medicinecombined with Longqi Anmai capsule in treating ventricular premature beats with deficiency of qi and blood. Methods 56 inpatients and outpatients with arrhythmia ventricular premature beats were selected as the study object， and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group and control group， 2 group 28 cases in each group. the control group received treatment of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets，On the basis of the control group with Longqi Anmai capsule as treatment group，Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment，The treatment groupin the frequency of ventricular premature beats and the improvement of TCM syndromes， was superior to the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion western medicinecombined withLongqi Anmai capsule has obvious effect in treating ventricular premature beats with deficiency of qi and blood， which is worth popularizing.

室性早搏 （ Premature Ventricular Contraction，PVC），在中医学上归于“心悸”、“怔忡”范畴，在心律失常中是最常见的类型之一。其临床症状可见心中跳动、心慌胸闷、惊恐不安、眩晕耳鸣等症。本病的病理性质主要有虚、实之分，虚者大部分为阴、阳、气、血的虚损，使心失所养，而导致心悸；实者多由水饮凌心，痰热扰心或血脉瘀阻，导致气血运行不畅所致[1]，脉象多反应为结代脉，心电生理上心肌多出现提前收缩，发生室性早搏，故胸中气血充盈，脉管通利，心脏泵血才能循环往复。其病理体征与现代医学的心律失常室性早搏非常吻合，室性早搏有较高的发生率及检出率，在心电图检查中，正常人群的室性早搏的检出率约为1%，而在动态心电图中则有40%～75%的检出率[2]。发生人群比较广泛，患者在缺血、缺氧等引起心电不稳的情况下心肌提前收缩发生早搏。马予东教授运用龙芪安脉胶囊联合西药治疗28例室性早搏气血亏虚型患者，疗效较好，现报道如下。……
