摘 要：学生是学校的根本，高校学生管理在学校管理中占有重要的地位。习近平主席在十九大报告中明确提出了新形势下建设一流大学和一流学科的高等院校发展目标。这就要求高等学校创新学生管理工作模式，为双一流建设服务。文章以广东医科大学为例，阐述在新形势下学生管理工作的主要方式和原则，以适应新时代高等教育发展的规划和要求。

Abstract： Student management plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. In the 19th report， president Xi Jinping clearly put forward the development goals of the first-class university and the first class subject under the new situation. This requires colleges and universities to innovate the management mode of students and serve the double first-class construction. Taking Guangdong Medical University as an example， this paper expounds the main methods and principles of student management under the new situation， in order to adapt to the planning and requirements of higher education development under the new situation of the country.

学生是指被学校依法录取、取得入学资格，具有学校学籍的受教育者。学校事业最终目标都是培养学生成才，为社会服务。高校学生管理工作是学校人才培养的重要组成部分，学生管理人员则根据学校办学宗旨、培养目标和大学生成长规律，实施一系列大学生全面成才教育、管理和服务的活动。习近平主席在十九大报告中明确提出高等学校双一流建设目标。无论是一流的大学还是一流的学科，其最重要的指标还是看是否能够培养出一流的人才。要想培养出一流的人才，除了有一流的教师和设备，还需要有一流的学生管理。只有具备科学的管理方式和方法，一流的管理理念和原则，科学的高校管理工作运作模式，才能保证培养出一流的人才。中国共产党十九大的胜利召开，标志着我国高等教育进入了一个新的发展时期。新时期意味着新要求、新目标。这就要求高校的学生管理工作与时俱进，有新的理念，新的原则和新的方式。……
