摘 要 从超低温冰箱的工作原理入手，分析超低温冰箱的制冷原理、结构特征，结合华南农业大学仪器设备维修科工作人员对超低温冰箱进行长期维护和维修的研究实践，探索总结一套切实可行的超低温冰箱预防性维护保养和维修方案，对设备的节能、延长寿命、降低维护与维修成本，保证样品的储存安全等方面发挥了重要作用，以期对促进超低温冰箱的正确使用和维护与维修提供参考。

Abstract This paper starts from the working principle of ultra-low temperature refrigerator， and analyzes the structural characteristics of ultra-low temperature refrigerator. A set of practical ultra-low tem-

perature refrigerator preventive maintenance and repair solution was explored and summarized based on long-term maintenance and repair practice of ultra-low temperature refrigerator in Equipment Maintenance Office of South China Agricultural University， which

helps save equipment energy，extend life expectancy，reduce mainte-nance and repair costs，and ensure the safe storage of samples and other aspects.It also provides useful reference for proper utilization and maintenance of ultra-low temperature refrigerator.

1 引言

超低溫冰箱是20世纪后期随着近代科技的发展而发展起来的，用于低温保存和储藏的重要设备[1]。由于其具有独特的超低温保存原理和保存方法，因此是现代生物、临床、医药和工业领域不可缺少的重要仪器设备之一，箱内温度在-40～-86 ℃可调，广泛应用于医院、血站、疾病防控、生物工程、高校及科研院所单位[2]。

随着超低温冰箱技术的逐渐成熟，超低温冰箱得到普及应用。华南农业大学目前拥有240多台件、价值1300多万元各类品牌的超低温冰箱，分布于学校各学院教学、科研实验室，用于保存和储藏试剂、样品、生物细胞、病毒、细菌标本、生物制品等实验材料。鉴于其在实验教学和科研工作中的重要作用，学校资产管理处仪器设备维修科工作人员在长期的维护与维修工作实践中，摸索总结了一套切实可行的超低温冰箱维护与维修方案，具有一定的参考价值。……
