摘要：作为公路工程建设的重要组成部分，施工技术管理的实施与应用直接影响和公路工程的施工质量。受传统管理理念的遗留影响，我国部分公路工程施工企业不能提高对施工技术管理的重视程度，导致施工技术管理的可操作性与科学性较差，且其管理依旧属于粗放型，不能迎合高速发展的公路建设事业，因而公路施工企业需要与公路参建方协同配合，实施精细化管理，进而强化施工技术管理的实际效果，进而保证公路工程的施工质量得以有效提升。本文针对公路工程施工技术管理，对其精细化改进进行了详细分析，旨在为公路工程施工技术应用效果的提升提供必要的参考与借鉴。

Abstract： As an important part of highway engineering construction， the implementation and application of construction technology management directly affects the construction quality of highway engineering. Due to the influence of traditional management concepts， some of China's highway construction companies cannot increase the emphasis on construction technology management， resulting in poor operability and scientificity of construction technology management and still extensive management， so they cannot cater to rapid development of highway construction business. Therefore highway construction companies need to coordinate with the highway participants to implement refined management， and then strengthen the actual effects of construction technology management， thereby ensuring that the construction quality of highway projects can be effectively improved. This article carries on the detailed analysis to the refinement improvement by aiming at the highway engineering construction technology management， in order to provide the necessary reference for the application effect enhancement of highway construction technology.

0 引言

现阶段，我国交通建设事业蓬勃发展，促使各地的公路工程建设项目纷纷涌现出来。然而，部分公路工程建设项目依旧存在诸多安全隐患与质量问题，威胁着社会公众的生命财产安全，究其根本原因，在于施工技术管理的应用与实施存在一定的漏洞，影响着公路工程的施工质量，因而强化施工技术管理的精细化已经成为公路施工企业的当务之急。

1 公路工程施工技术现状

伴随市场中企业经济条件的限制，所承担工程的建筑施工质量逐渐暴露出一定问题。就当下公路修建情况看，政府投资的逐年加大，并没有使得公路问题得以减少。……
