摘 要 近几年，关于大学生因无力偿还债款最终导致退学、造成家庭破产甚至结束自己生命的新闻时有发生，引发了公众的关注和思考。本着推动校园贷良性发展和增强大学生风险意识的目标，本文结合了校园贷发展现状及相关政策背景，分析指出校园贷存在的主要问题，重点分析了大学生使用校园贷暴露的问题，并针对增强大学生风险意识提出建议以及思考。

Analysis on the Causes of Campus Loan

——Research on the cognition of college students' awareness of risk

Abstract In recent years， there have been frequent occurrences of news that college students have been unable to repay their debts， leading to dropouts， bankruptcies or even ending their lives. This has aroused public concern and reflection. In line with the goal of promoting the healthy development of campus lending and enhancing the awareness of risk among college students， this paper combines the current status of campus lending development and related policy backgrounds. It analyzes the main problems of campus lending， and focuses on the analysis of college students' exposure to campus lending， and College students' risk awareness and suggestions.

0 前言

近年来，校园贷事件频发，由此引发的恶性事件，也从未停止过。本来校园贷是用来帮助大学生完成学业或者创业，但有的人却用来满足个人的消费需要，近日，一则大学生因无力偿还校园贷款遭到非法拘禁的新闻引发热议，原来这名学生是广西南宁某大学的游某为了自己的生活消费需要，通过校园贷借款八千元，因无力偿还，遭到借款方非法拘禁并且殴打，后来被当地警方及时解救出来。据消息报道，山西某职业技术学院的21歲朱某欠下的多个校园贷，在学校旁的江边跳江自杀，在现场的手机中，警方却发现了朱某在宿舍进行自残的画面。这个新闻更是引起了不小的轰动，也让越来越多的人开始对校园贷引起深思。校园贷正在慢慢走近大学生的生活，也导致了很多社会问题。

1 校园贷的含义及研究意义

校园贷，就是校园网贷，是某些平台专门针对学生发放的贷款，有助学贷款，校园消费贷款和学生创业贷款等等。……
