摘 要 本文对西北农林科技大学及西北农林科技大学信息工程学院2014～2017连续4年的本科毕业生就业质量报告进行分析，分析学校和学院本科毕业生结构组成、就业率、就业行业、就业地域等方面进行入手，分析农林院校信息工程类专业本科毕业生就业现状。对其中存在的就业问题提出对策，探讨农林院校信息工程类专业如何进行人才资源培养供给侧改革，为祖国培养优秀的信息工程类本科毕业生。

Analysis on Employment Situation of Undergraduates Majoring in

Information Engineering in Agriculture and Forestry Colleges

Abstract This paper analyzes the employment quality report of undergraduate graduates of 2014 - 2017 consecutive years in School of Information Engineering， Northwest A & F University， and analyzes the structure， employment rate， employment industry and employment region of college and college graduates， and analyzes the information engineering of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities. The present situation of the employment of class graduates. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to the problem of employment， and discusses how the information engineering specialty of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities should carry out the supply side reform of talent resources training， and train the outstanding graduates of information engineering for the motherland.

随着科学技术的跨越式发展，信息与计算机科学技术的应用范围也不断扩大，而农业的蓬勃发展关系着国民经济建设与发展，信息与计算机科学技术在我国现代农业体系发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用，农林院校开设信息工程类专业是为了培养能够在农业中利用信息与计算机科学技术从事农业现代化研究、建设的人才，培养高精尖的信息工程类农业人才对于实现科技强农、农业强国战略有重要意义。

随着人口的增加，劳动力市场供给逐年增长，而随着经济发展模式由高速度向高质量的转变，劳动力需求市场出现结构性转化，本科毕业生一时难以满足市场对高素质人才的需求，农林院校本科生毕业生就业压力随之产生，影响本科生的培养与就业质量。因此，了解掌握农林院校信息工程类专业本科毕业生的就业现状是教育管理工作开展及人才培养模式供给侧改革的基础。……
