摘 要 高校圖书馆是高校师生教学、学习、科研的重要阵地，担负着文化传播的重要使命。图书馆馆藏资源建设与读者服务工作是高校图书馆的两大主要任务，而图书馆馆藏资源建设也是为了更好的为读者提供服务。所以读者才是高校图书馆服务的中心，读者服务质量的好坏已经成为高校图书馆服务评价的重要指标。然而，我国高校图书馆读者服务工作与读者需求仍然存在一定的差距，在读者服务方面仍然存在着诸多的问题。积极探索以读者为中心的服务理念，解决读者服务工作中的问题是高校图书馆的重要任务。

On the Problems of Readers Service Work in

University Library and the Optimization Strategies

Abstract University library is an important position for teaching， learning and scientific research of teachers and students in universities and colleges， and shoulders the important mission of cultural dissemination. The library collection resources construction and the reader service work are the two main tasks of the university library， and the library collection resources construction is also for the better service for the readers. Therefore， the reader is the center of university library service. The quality of service has become an important indicator of university library service evaluation. However， there is still a certain gap between the service for readers and the needs of readers in our university libraries. There are still many problems in the service of readers. It is an important task for university libraries to actively explore the reader centered service concept and solve the problems in the service of readers.

随着社会的发展，当前的社会已经逐渐转变为以信息化和知识化为主导的社会。在这样的社会背景下，高校图书馆的重要性更加凸显。高校图书馆的作用已经逐渐由传统馆藏资源为主转向读者服务为主，各个高校图书馆逐渐推出“以读者为中心，服务至上”的理念，优质的读者服务工作已经成为各个高校图书馆的不懈追求。读者服务质量的好坏已经成为评价高校图书馆服务水平的重要指标。随着互联网以及信息时代的发展，图书馆读者服务工作开展的环境有了较大的改变，高校图书馆在读者服务方面面临着严峻的考验，创新与优化读者服务是所有高校图书馆共同面对的课题。
