摘要：财务报销预约系统使我校财务报销在网络经费审核、项目审核的基础上增加了窗口业务办理网络预约功能。通过对财务报销预约系统中用户预约提前天数、预约时间分布、报销申请次数等数据统计分析，发现该系统有效避免报销窗口拥挤，节约报销人员和财务人员时间。提出基于系统产生数据分析，通过自动调整预约单数上线、动态显示窗口报销进度优化系统功能，进一步提高财务报销效率。

Application Analysis and Optimization Scheme of Reimbursement Booking System

Abstract： In addition to the auditing of the funds and financial projects in the network in our school， reimbursement booking system makes business that processing on window book in the network. By analyzing the data of reimbursement booking system， such as the days of advance booking ，the time distribution of submission and the application times of staffs， it is found that system can effectively avoid the congestion of the reimbursement window and save the time of Reimbursement staffs and financial staffs. Suggested to develop the functions of automatically adjusting the max number of appointment and dynamically displaying the Reimbursement proceeding to optimize the reimbursement booking system ， to further improve the efficiency of financial reimbursement.

近年来，随着高校办学规模扩大和经费项目增多，“报销难”问题困扰着很多高校财务工作者，主要体现在报销签批程序繁琐、报销过程等待时间长、报销人员业务不熟导致单据不规范等造成报销窗口拥挤、影响报销进度现象[1]。为提高报销效率，减轻报销人员工作负担，随着财务信息化推进，继传统窗口报销，出现了信封报销、网上报销、无等候报销模式[2-4]。为方便教职员工办理报账手续，缓解报销窗口拥挤提高报销效率，推进财务管理信息化进程，在借鉴兄弟院校经验的基础上，我校财务报账网络系统于2016年底正式投入使用。

1 现状分析

目前，经过系统整合我校财务系统实现了财务报销和预算一体化管理，整合后的系统可以完成预算管理、业务审批、财务报销、会计核算和用户查询流程等功能。从经费管理方面来看，系统程序控制经费的来源和经费金额，实现“无预算不开支，有预算不超支”预算目标；……
