摘要：人工智能、大数据等新一代信息技术已经上升为国家战略的今天，基于人工智能技术的智慧校园建设已经越来越引起高校重视，许多高校已经做出了有益尝试。大学的本质功能是人才培养，智慧校园建设应该紧密围绕人才培养，所以智慧教务也必将是智慧校园建设核心。文章在分析其他高校智慧校园建设基础上，深度结合高校教务管理内容，初步提出了智慧教务建设内容与框架设计，以期为今后智慧教务建设提供参考。

Research on the Construction of College Wisdom Educational Administration

Abstract： Today artificial intelligence， big data and other new generation of information technology have risen to the national strategy. The construction of College Wisdom Campus based on AI technology has attracted more and more attention from universities. Many universities have made a useful attempt. The essential function of the university is to cultivate the talents， and the construction of College Wisdom Campus should be closely related to the training of talents. So the college wisdom educational administration will also be the core of the construction of College Wisdom Campus. Based on the analysis of other universities' construction of College Wisdom Campus and combining with the contents of university educational administration， the article preliminarily presents the content and frame design of the construction of college wisdom educational administration， in order to provide reference for the future construction of college wisdom educational administration.

1 引言

黨的十九大指出要“深化教育改革，加快教育现代化，办好人民满意的教育”。当前，在云计算、大数据、物联网、互联网+、智能识别、知识管理等新技术新理念快速发展和经济社会需求的双重驱动下，信息技术疾步迈入智能化阶段，更加丰富了“教育现代化”的内涵。智慧校园的建设与发展受到越来越多关注。智慧校园[1]是指利用“互联网+”的思维方式和物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术手段，把学校里分散的、各自为政的信息化系统和资源整合集成为一个有机整体，构建的具有高度感知能力、协同能力和服务能力的新型信息化校园环境，为高校教学、科研、管理和服务提供网络化、智能化、一体化的支撑服务平台，促进教育教学系统结构性变革，提高教育教学质量与效能，促进学生和教师的成长与发展[2]。……
