摘要： 安全稳定是班级工作的保障，没有稳定就谈不上班级的正常运行，班级安全稳定的好坏，直接影响平安校园的建设发展，本文围绕着建设班级安全稳定的意义，分析校园安全稳定存在的问题，通过制定應急预案解决辅导员在班级日常安全管理中存在的问题。

Abstract： Safety and stability are the guarantee of class work. If there is no stability， the normal operation of the class cannot be discussed. The safety and stability of the class will directly affect the construction and development of the safe campus. This article revolves around the significance of building a safe and stable class， and analyzes the problems in safety and stability of the campus， and tries to solve the problems of counselors in the day-to-day class safety management through the preparation of emergency plans.

0 引言

校园是社会的缩影，班级是校园的组成部分，校园的安全稳定由班级的安全稳定做基础，班级是教书育人的场所，是学生学知识，受教育和成才的地方。班级的平安稳定不仅关系到校园的安全稳定，更和万千家庭的幸福息息相关。随着深化高职院校教育改革步伐的加快，高校和社会的渗透和融合愈加密切，无疑为校园安全提出了更高的挑战。诸多因素都可能会影响到校园安全，比如社会的不稳定因素、国内外复杂的情况等，而要想实现校园的平安建设，首先需先做好班级的安全稳定，因此，当前高职院校改革发展的一个重要课题是如何拥有一个安全稳定的校园环境，校园的安全稳定要从班级的安全稳定抓起。

1 建设平安校园的意义

稳定压倒一切，责任重于泰山，校园的安全稳定不可或缺，且至关重要。要想维护社会稳定建设和谐社会，首要任务是创建“平安校园”。高职院校是教书育人的地方，但不可否认社会环境稳定的各个方面情况都必然会波及到校园中，所以，平安校园在维护社会主义和谐社会建设具有举足轻重的作用。……
