摘要： 现代学徒制人才培养模式符合职业教育思想和企业用人需求。文章从“双主体”育人机制、双线交织课程体系、“双导师”师资队伍、教学方法、评价机制五个方面着手，有针对性的提出了一种可行的高职教育现代学徒制人才培养模式，并对该模式的框架和实施要素进行了阐述。经试行，该现代学徒制人才培养模式可以较好地解决以往人才培养中存在的理论与实践分离，教学与产业脱节等现实问题，为当下高职人才培养提供一种可行的参考模式。

Abstract： The modern apprenticeship talent training mode conforms to the vocational education thought and the enterprise employment demand. The article proposes a feasible modern apprenticeship talent training model for higher vocational education from the five aspects of the "dual-subject" educating mechanism， the double-line intertwined curriculum system， the "double-teacher" faculty， teaching methods and evaluation mechanisms， and elaborates the framework and implementation elements of the model. After trials， this modern apprenticeship talent training model can better solve the existing problems of the separation of theory and practice in the past talent training and teaching and industry out of touch， to provide a feasible reference model for the current vocational talent cultivation.

0 引言

现代学徒制是将传统学徒技能培训融入现代学校教育，校企深度合作共同授课，以培养学生技能为主的现代人才培养新模式[1]，是国际上职业教育发展的主导模式，也是近年来我国教育部大力推行的一种新型人才培养模式。

现代学徒制符合职业教育思想，它的推行是进一步深化产教融合、推进工学结合的有效途径；是提升学生实践应用能力和解决就业的重要举措[2]。本文的研究旨在探索适合高职教育现代学徒制校企融合的可行性做法与经验。

1 国内外现状

国内人才培养困境：当前，我国行业企业急需大量高素质技术技能型人才与众多高职毕业生找不到工作的矛盾日益凸显。其根源在于现行的众多人才培养模式已造成我国高职院校人才培养面临理论与实践分离、教学与产业脱节的现实困境[3]。……
