摘  要：结合民族高等教育和新工科建设要求，文章以民族院校软件工程国际化建设改革为研究对象，探讨其在新工科背景下办学理念、培育机制和政策制度等方面的机制改革。通过以学生创新能力培养为核心，引入国外先进教育理念，将教学与工程实践高度结合，探索适合民族院校发展的软件工程国际化建设途径。

Abstract： Based on requirements of higher education for minority nationality and emerging engineering education， the mechanism reforms of internationalization construction of software engineering in university for nationalities are taken as the research object in this paper. The school-running concept， cultivation mechanism and management regulations are also discussed according to emerging engineering education. Through introducing advanced foreign educational ideas to integrate engineering practice into teaching， which mainly focuses on the cultivation of students' innovative ability， this thesis explores the way of internationalization of software engineering suitable for colleges and universities of minority nationalities.

随着当今计算机软件产业的大规模快速发展，软件行业的人才需求非常迫切，特别是具有拔尖创新型的软件人才对实现国家软件产业跨越式发展尤为重要。《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》指出要加快推进人才培养机制改革、创新教育教学模式和人才培养模式。2017年教育部发布《关于开展新工科研究与实践的通知》更明确要求高校应根据新时期工程人才培养特点，开拓专业建设和工程教育改革新路径，培养相对于传统工科人才，具有实践能力强、创新能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型新工科人才。因此，在新工科背景下要求高校应在新形势下积极探索软件工程国际化发展建设机制，紧跟国内外高校教育教学发展前沿。

民族院校肩负为少数民族和民族地区培养优秀人才，服务民族地区经济社会加快发展的重任。在高等教育国际化背景下，对外合作开展人才培养是教育国际化的发展趋势。目前……
