摘 要：通常人们只认为中学生以下才会发生学业不良的情况，但大学生学业不良的情况的确存在，令人痛心疾首又担心大学生学业不良有上升的势头，以独立学院为例子，从学校社会工作视角下，深入研究大学生学业不良的个案，努力找出大学生学业不良的原因加以解决。

Abstract： People usually think that poor academic achievements only happened to middle school students， but there is still the same situation for the college students. This situation makes people sad and worry about there is a rising poor academic achievements of college students. Taking the independent school as an example， from the perspective of university and social work， this paper conducts an in-depth case study on poor academic achievements of college students in order to try to find out the reasons for the poor academic achievements of college students and to solve them.

本次探索以独立学院为例，从一名学校社会工作者的客观视角下，就大学生学业不良的部分个案入手探索研究，找出大学生学业不良的个案现状与产生因素，具体进行大学生学业不良的个案解决问题与创新，过程中大胆采用问卷调查和现场访问等方法作分析研究，将调研目标集中在学校、家长、教师和学业不良的大学生对象等四个主要方面。具体从大学生学业不良的现状和研究意义、大学生学业不良的主要问题、大学生学业不良的解决办法三个研究分析内容上得出结论。为细化研究分析内容，重点描述了大学生学业不良的现状、研究大学生学业不良的意义、大学生学业不良的特征，解决办法集中在心理学、社会学、解释学层面上勇于提出教师作为第一推手，学校、家长、教师和学业不良的大学生自己作为努力目标的较为妥善的处理方法，包括不轻易放弃、不乱下定义等论点，改变学校大学生学业不良……
