【摘 要】目前，建筑工程已经成为我国重点的民生基础工程，对其工程施工质量与进度要求也越发严格。因此，加强建筑工程信息化管理模式创新就尤为重要，论文从建筑行业的发展与市场需求角度着手，结合当下我国建筑企业的实际状况，对建筑工程信息化管理模式建立的必要性进行论述，并提出了相关的建立策略，为我国建筑企业的顺利发提供了参考意见。

【Abstract】At present， construction engineering has become the focus of people's livelihood foundation work in China， and the requirements of its construction quality and schedule are becoming more and more strict. Therefore， it is especially important to strengthen the innovation of the information management mode for construction engineering. From the point of view of the development of construction industry and market demand， and combined with the actual situation of construction enterprises in our country at present， the paper discusses the necessity of establishing information management mode of construction engineering， and puts forward some relevant establishment strategies， which provides reference for the smooth development of construction enterprises in our country.

1 引言

目前，我国的建筑行业发展迅猛。企业工程管理模式信息化有利于工程效率与质量的提高。对整体工程进度的顺利开展十分重要。工程管理模式信息化也对企业在市场竞争中能否占据主导地位影响颇大。因此，本文侧重分析了建筑工程管理信息化的必要性，运用科学、合理、先进的信息化管理模式，使我国建筑企业能在残酷的市场竞争中脱颖而出，为我国建筑行业的稳步发展奠定坚实的保障基础。

2 发展建筑工程管理信息化的必要性

2.1 符合现代化工程企业体系改革需求

建筑工程信息化管理模式是未来工程企业体系改革的基础与前提。建筑工程管理在整体工程施工中起着决定性的关键作用，是工程施工主体与上层决策者之间的联系纽带，其管理模式的合理性对整体工程的进度与质量影响颇大。目前我国建筑企业已经由传统管理模式向现代化信息管理模式逐渐转变。……
