【摘 要】论文从综合集成的原理出发，引出了武器装备综合集成的概念，在分析武器装备综合集成的具体过程中，提出了以信息技术为核心，分层实践武器装备集成的办法，以更好地推进武器装备机械化发展进程，尤其是在现代化的信息战新形势要求下，更要求武器装备能够从机械化快速向信息化转变。信息战的战备准备工作，要求武器装备能够具有极强的集合性，以能够大大提升我国武器装备的信息化作战能力。

【Abstract】In this paper， starting from the principle of comprehensive integration， raises the concept of weapons and equipment integrated， in the specific process of analyzing the comprehensive integrated weapon and equipment， proposes the method of taking the information technology as the core， and layered practice weapon equipment integration， to better promote the development progress of the mechanization of weapon and equipment， especially under the new situation of information warfare， it needs more rapid transformation from the mechanization to informatization for the weapon and equipment. The prepare work of the information war， it requires the large collectivity of weapon and equipment， to improve the informatization war power of the weapons and equipmet in China.

1 引言

近几十年来，不断改进的军事理论体系和军事体系建设，与联合作战的构想之间，达成了武器装备综合集成的共识，而武器装备在完成一轮又一轮的综合集成之后，自然实践了发现和摧毁的战略目标，综合集成的武器战略和武器装备将是一场由信息战所引起的整体武器装备的跃升路径，在研究武器装备集成理论的具体过程中，要把握住集成的具体实践进程。

2 武器装备综合集成的理论概念

2.1 综合集成的基本定义

综合集成的基本定义，是由著名科学家钱学森提出来的，其理论具有极强的前瞻性，在多年前就已经把研究定制和信息技术相配备的武器和巨型战备准备力量及相关的系统性问题，以方法论的形式集成在武器的装备配置要求之中。考虑到定性和定量相结合的研究方法，我国的武器装备要求相关学科的理论和研究人士必须要将经验和智慧相结合，实现在武器装备综合集成方面的协调运作和整体优化。……
