摘 要 研究生党建工作的开展因其涉及对象多、生源多样、人员复杂、培养模式丰富而成为高校学生党建工作的重要内容；并轨培养模式下医学研究生党建工作的开展也显示出其特殊培养模式下的固有特点。本文从研究生党建工作的意义、并轨培养模式下医学研究生党建工作存在的问题着手分析，对“两学一做”学习教育制度化、常态化背景下医学研究生党建工作的开展进行思考探索。

Reflections on the Party Construction in Medical Graduate

Students under the Mode of Balancing Education

Abstract The development of the party construction of postgraduates has become an important content of the party construction in colleges and universities because of its multi-object， diverse students， complicated personnel and rich training models. The development of the party construction of medical graduate students under the co-culture model also shows that the uniqueness of the party features. This article analyzes the significance of the party construction of graduate students and the existing problems in the party construction of medical graduate students under the mode of "two learning and one doing"， and explores the development of the party construction of medical graduate students under the institutionalization and normalization of "two learning and one doing".

研究生作为高校高层次培养对象，是我国创新人才体系中的智力保障，是发展人才强国战略的重要组成部分。研究生党建工作的开展是广大研究生统一思想、提升组织建设和强化能力建设的重要途径。加强研究生党建工作的思考探索，有利于深入推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化、制度化，促进研究生教育改革纵深化发展。

1加强研究生党建工作开展的意义

（1）统一思想、提高认识，促进研究生思想政治教育工作的开展。研究生是完成本科阶段学习后的再教育，生源多样、人员复杂、培养模式丰富、思维活跃度高等特征较为突出。研究生党建活动的开展，不仅能够使广大研究生同学统一思想、提高理论修养，还能為党组织培养优秀的青年学子。研究生党建工作的开展是研究生思想政治教育的主要抓手和平台，主题鲜明、严格规范、内容丰富的党建工作能有效促进研究生思想政治教育良性发展。……
