摘 要 为培养“下得去、用得上、留得住、干得好”的畜牧兽医专业技术人才，江苏农牧科技职业学院通过优化课程体系、考核体系、营造职业环境，激发委培生创新精神等途径加强畜牧兽医专业委培生的培养，使其成为技能突出、适合委培岗位要求的专业技能型人才。

近年來，我国高职教育快速发展，高职毕业生成为企业技能人才的重要力量，高职教育在规模、数量不断扩大的同时，也迫切需要诸如培养模式等方面的转变。畜牧兽医专业委培生作为高职学生当中的一个特殊群体，源于社会寄予的期盼与厚望，更多地承担着委培单位赋予的责任与使命。委培生培养模式要求具有专业对口、学以致用、技术熟练、专才专用等特点。

1 高职院校委培生培养的现状

《国际教育标准分类法》明确指出，高等职业教育的主要目的是教会学生获取从事行业职业所需的实际知识和技能。欧盟发布的信息技术教育与培训的白皮书指出，职业教育要对基础课程进行重新评价，增加实践性教学内容比例，增强学生创造性；持续开展职业技能培训，保证学生具备长期就业的能力。美国职业教育提出三种理念：一是职业教育不要局限于职业的具体技能教育，而应着眼于广义的行业或职业范围，要更加关注行业或职业的发展；二是将学科性与职业性相结合，为学生将来职业岗位打下基础；……
